Project Notes: Lo & Behold Stitchery “Celtic Crossing 2.0”

This quilt was made to support a pattern re-release. The pattern is designed by Brittany from Lo and Behold Stitchery, and this specific quilt was pieced by Erin Grogan (Love Sew Modern) for the re-release. It’s a gorgeous combination of warm, earthy solids that just glow! Brittany wanted a modern, dense quilting design to really fill in the negative space of the blocks. We went with a hexagon shape, filled with diamonds and bold lines to add a dynamic look to each pattern. The tight scale of this pattern adds a lot of wrinkly texture, and adds wonderful contrast to a traditional block pattern! This quilt is just like a warm cup of tea; cozy, comforting, and soothing!
